Yeah, I haven't changed this in forever. I thought about it, but I've been crazy-busy at work, and it's really cut into my usual seven hours of web-surfing.
Sleep doctor update- they called me yesterday and told me the doctor had reviewed my brain waves, and needed me to come in so we could talk about the results. Great- I'm all over this, as I've had a few more episodes of randomly needing to fall asleep in the middle of the day. Then they tell me the first time they can see me is 3 weeks from now. I hate that- they have my brain wave results and I've got to wait 3 weeks because they can't tell me anything over the phone.
And I hardly slept at all last night because I have some stupid cold that won't let me sleep- I took Nyquil, and still felt wide awake 5 hours later. I came to work an hour early because I didn't have anything else to do. Nyquil usually knocks me right out- though I think it was actually Wal-Quil, which must be inferior. Why do I try to save 80 cents?
Hm, I wasn't even planning on typing that much, but evidently I have a huge need to be a whiny little girl today. Sorry about that. I really just wanted to post this link so you can see if you can pass an 8th grade math test. I did pass it, but I cheated and used a calculator. I hate math. And I wasn't one of those girls that wasn't encouraged to pursue math and science- I tested out of middle school math and took advanced classes. Probably because my mom made me go to MATH CAMP.
Wow, I don't think I ever admitted that I went to math camp before. I feel liberated.
Well, really I just feel sick. But I hope you're all having a nice Friday and that you have great weekend plans. I'm leaving for California tomorrow, which would be nice except that I will miss Game 1 & 2 of the World Series- which I actually want to watch because the Red Sox are in it- AND I have to miss watching my UNDEFEATED New York Jets take on the undefeated New England Patriots. (Again with the whining...)
